Lets disconnect the top section and have a look...

The chimney pipes are rotted and were not even connected to each other.

See the water stains on the chimney sections? Water is coming right through the chase cover causing major hidden defects.

 

New Factory chimneys installed , sheathing replaced.

Chase cover, caps and storm collars installed, water tight and ready to vent.
